Dr. Roman Lysiuk studied Pharmacy at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, Lviv, Ukraine, where he received his MS degree in 2000. He then joined the Department of Pharmacognosy and Botany at the same institution and obtained his PhD in 2021. In 2025 he became an Associate Professor. Roman Lysiuk is also a Director of the Council for Nutritional and Environmental Medicine CONEM, Norway. His research focuses on pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, and medicinal plants, particularly those for the treatment of wounds and civilization diseases.
